The Opportunity

Lorygen Group has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst focused on accurate, dependable work across digital presence, accessibility, customer service, project delivery, content, and digital operations. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Lorygen Group.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $68,500 - $77,500 per year

Your Day-to-Day

• Review samples of client, project, accessibility, content, and service records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across digital-service, accessibility, content, and project workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for clients, project teams, content teams, and digital specialists.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Lorygen Group.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Lorygen Group's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
