The Opportunity

Harvest Advertising is adding a Quality Assurance Analyst to its remote team supporting digital advertising, social media, branding, campaign delivery, client service, and marketing reporting. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Harvest Advertising.

Salary: $68,000 - $77,000 per year

What You'll Own

• Review samples of client, campaign, content, vendor, and billing records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across campaign, content, and client-service workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for clients, creative teams, account teams, and vendors.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Harvest Advertising.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
