Job Summary

Draftomat is adding a Quality Assurance Analyst to its remote team supporting customer, project, order, vendor, scheduling, and operations support across its product and service workflows. In this position, you will review work outputs, records, and processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented standards while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Draftomat.

Salary: $69,000 - $78,000 per year

Main Duties

• Review samples of customer, product, order, vendor, inventory, and project records against documented procedures, quality standards, and required fields.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps and record findings clearly.
• Track recurring quality issues and analyze patterns across order, product, vendor, and project workflows to identify likely root causes.
• Prepare quality metrics, exception summaries, and trend reports for customers, vendors, sales teams, and operations teams.
• Work with process owners to verify corrective actions and confirm that resolved issues do not repeat.
• Maintain audit-ready quality documentation, review checklists, and evidence supporting completed checks for Draftomat.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality assurance, operations review, data validation, auditing, or process control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply written standards consistently.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, checklists, issue trackers, and reporting tools.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Draftomat's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.
