The Tech Ever is currently seeking an experienced QC Analyst for a fully onsite contract opportunity in Sellersville, PA.

This role is ideal for a quality control professional with hands-on analytical testing experience in a commercial pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or CDMO environment, particularly with HPLC and other analytical techniques.

• Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• • Perform and review analytical testing data in a non-academic environment.
• • Conduct hands-on analytical testing within a commercial production or CDMO environment.
• • Perform HPLC testing, including:
• Selecting appropriate solvents
• Sample preparation, extraction, concentration, and dilution
• Column cleaning and loading
• HPLC calibration
• Manual injection and autosampler operation
• • Perform analytical testing using GC, Dissolution Testing, and Particle Size Analysis.
• • Analyze and interpret chromatograms and evaluate analytical results.
• • Identify and troubleshoot common chromatographic issues, including:
• Poor peak shape
• Poor peak resolution
• Poor reproducibility
• Baseline drift
• • Track analytical data and maintain/update SOPs within LIMS.

• Required Qualifications
• • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• • Hands-on HPLC experience in a commercial laboratory, production, or CDMO environment.
• • Experience with GC, Dissolution Testing, and Particle Size Analysis.
• • Strong understanding of chromatographic data analysis and troubleshooting.
• • Experience working with LIMS and SOP documentation.

• Important Candidate Requirement
• Candidates must be able to provide two Manager/Supervisor references from FTE employees who directly managed them.
