- Role: QA Analyst II
- Experience: 3+ years

- Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security test plans.
- Test applications built with Salesforce, React, C#, Ruby on Rails, and React Native.
- Perform mobile testing across iOS and Android.
- Validate REST/SOAP APIs and integrations using Postman.
- Perform SQL/database validation using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Conduct security testing using OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus, or similar tools.
- Validate applications against OWASP Top 10, SSDLC, and applicable GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects/security vulnerabilities using Jira.
- Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated testing into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to resolve defects and security issues.
- Contribute to code reviews, QA process improvements, test metrics, and release readiness.
- Required Skills
- 3+ years of software QA/testing experience.
- Strong manual and automated testing experience.
- Hands-on Selenium and/or Appium.
- API testing with REST/SOAP and Postman.
- Strong SQL skills and Microsoft SQL Server experience.
- Security testing using Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce testing.
- Experience testing React, C#, Ruby on Rails, and React Native applications.
- Mobile testing experience across iOS/Android.
- CI/CD testing experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile QA methodologies and defect management.
- Preferred Background
- Candidates with a combination of QA Automation + API Testing + Mobile Testing + Salesforce + Application Security Testing will be highly preferred.
