QA Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Deliver and support technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and platform features
• Collaborate across IT and business to shape solution design
• Build secure and scalable software
• Improve platform health through strong engineering practices and operational excellence
• Lead end-to-end delivery including requirements, technical design, development, and deployment
• Build high-quality, production-ready solutions leveraging established design patterns and coding standards

What You'll Need

• 4–10 years of professional industry experience with software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years leading teams of four or more software developers (or equivalent technical leadership scope)
• Advanced experience with relevant platforms/applications, including established APIs and key system components
• Strong experience with integration and data transport patterns
• Experience building on or extending commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications
