Project Portfolio Analyst

Our client is seeking a Project Portfolio Analyst to join their team. As a Project Portfolio Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Resource Project Management Organization (ERPMO) supporting project and portfolio management activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide consulting services on moderately complex project and program management questions and issues.
• Offer guidance and recommendations on project and program processes, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct assessments and peer reviews on IT projects and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage and update the service request work queue for the project support team.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of standards, processes, and enterprise-wide project management practices.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project analysis, planning, or scheduling roles, or a related combination.
• Proficiency in using, training, and consulting on project management tools, especially Planview products such as ProjectPlace, Portfolios, and AgilePlace.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks including Predictive & Adaptive delivery models and SDLC.
• Experience in a PMO delivery environment, supporting IT projects and programs.
• Ability to create and support project schedules across various methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
