As a Project Manager - Data Science & AI Engineering, you will manage the successful execution of complex projects while partnering with data scientists, AI engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead AI & Data Science Project Delivery
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI, machine learning, analytics, and data science initiatives from planning through implementation.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate Across Technical and Business Teams
Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage interdependencies effectively.
Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive Agile Project Execution
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog reviews, and release planning.
Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Support Agile best practices to deliver consistent and predictable outcomes.
Translate Business Needs into Actionable Plans
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Help bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation strategies.
Convert complex requirements into structured project plans and deliverables.
Manage Scope, Budget, and Stakeholder Expectations
Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Provide regular updates, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
Navigate Complexity and Drive Results
Manage projects involving emerging technologies, evolving requirements, and multiple priorities.
Anticipate obstacles and develop practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
Foster collaboration and alignment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a technical, engineering, analytics, or technology-focused environment.
2+ years of project management experience within Agile delivery environments.
2+ years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data science projects.
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Technical & Project Management Skills
Experience with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
Proficiency with project collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into actionable business plans.
Experience managing technology initiatives involving AI, machine learning, data platforms, or advanced analytics solutions.
