Job Title: Project Management Specialist 3 (Excel & Power BI) – Aerospace
Location: Everett, WA (On-site preferred, but open to Hybrid / Remote)
Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $67 / hour on W2
Shift: First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist 3 to join our team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will independently develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated project plans and schedules in accordance with industry standards. You will perform trend, variance, and risk assessments to support key program initiatives and ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project schedules, reports, metrics, and change activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform detailed studies and analysis (trend, variance, impact) and risk assessments.
Act as the primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives.
Work to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices.
Assist customers in developing performance recovery plans and ensure project control systems are in place.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, OR a Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills (ability to generate metrics).
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting status to Executive leaders.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points):
Previous experience with Aerospace
Advanced Excel skills, including creating macros to pull data from multiple sources.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
