The Business Analyst Jr will serve as a Project Management Analyst (PMA) supporting the Distribution Program Management Office (DPMO). The role provides day-to-day support to a Senior Project Manager overseeing electric utility distribution programs and projects in the Washington, DC area.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project analytics and reporting activities.
• Assist with contract administration and vendor management.
• Support development of RFPs for distribution programs.
• Create contract requisitions and payment authorizations.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Track accruals and contract spending.
• Maintain and manage program-level data.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
