We're seeking a Project Executive to help lead major data center and mission critical construction projects in the Phoenix market.

Our client has built a growing presence in the Western data center market by taking on technically demanding projects that require experienced leadership from preconstruction through completion. The company is investing heavily in this sector and has assembled a dedicated team focused specifically on advanced technology and mission critical work. For an experienced Project Executive, this creates an opportunity to join a business with serious momentum in one of the country's most active data center markets.

As Project Executive, you'll provide senior oversight across complex projects while working closely with project teams, clients, design partners and trade partners. You'll be involved in project strategy, financial performance, schedule, risk management, client development and team leadership. The role also carries responsibility for identifying future opportunities and strengthening relationships within the market.

• Desired Skills & Experience
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple project teams while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
• Experience with client development, business development and pursuit strategy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with owners, consultants and internal teams.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for sound judgment and delivering results.
