Project Director - Data Centers

• Location: Ontario
• Salary: $180,000–$220,000 + bonus and benefits

Our client, a leading general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client delivery.
• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage project strategy, risk, procurement, contracts, forecasting, and change management.
• Coordinate complex mechanical, electrical, and commissioning requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Qualifications
• 12+ years of progressive general contracting experience.
• Proven leadership on large, technically complex construction projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial, client-facing, and project leadership skills.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
