We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across multiple business projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that improve project performance and business outcomes.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and analyze project data from multiple sources to support business and operational decisions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track project performance and key metrics
• Monitor project progress, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and integrity checks across project datasets
• Support project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation through data analysis
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for leadership and project stakeholders
• Assist in improving reporting processes, data workflows, and analytics methodologies
• Document data sources, reporting procedures, and analytical findings
• Stay up to date with industry best practices in data analytics and business intelligence
✅ Requirements
• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, project analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work full-time in the U.S.
