💲 Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $115K+
Are you an experienced Project Controls professional who thrives on driving project performance, financial accountability, and operational excellence?
Valcourt Building Services is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support its growing Waterproofing Division. This is a highly visible role partnering with Sales, Estimating, Operations, and Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum profitability.
What You'll Do
✔ Partner with Sales, Estimating, and Operations to transition projects from award through closeout
✔ Develop project execution plans and earned value management (EVM) strategies
✔ Monitor project cost, schedule, productivity, and financial performance
✔ Support multiple Project Managers across several active construction projects
✔ Manage change orders and contract compliance
✔ Perform cost-to-cost forecasting, revenue recognition, and monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting
✔ Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to improve project execution
✔ Participate in monthly business reviews, WIP meetings, and operational performance reviews
What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
✅ Experience in Project Controls within commercial construction, waterproofing, restoration, maintenance, or related industries
✅ Strong understanding of project management principles, earned value management, forecasting, budgeting, and project financial controls
✅ Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software
✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ PMP, CCP, or other Project Management certification
⭐ Experience supporting building envelope, waterproofing, façade restoration, or exterior maintenance projects
⭐ Knowledge of construction contracts, change management, and commercial terms & conditions
⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
