• Role Overview
• We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients seeking a Program Manager – Information Technology to oversee IT asset lifecycle management, inventory administration, procurement coordination, vendor management, and budget planning. This role supports enterprise technology operations by ensuring accurate asset governance, compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise IT asset lifecycle processes, including acquisition, deployment, tracking, repurposing, and disposal.
• Coordinate with procurement teams on vendor selection, purchasing processes, and asset acquisition activities.
• Support contract review and procurement activities for hardware, software, and support services.
• Maintain and administer IT asset management systems and related inventories.
• Monitor asset records to ensure accurate tracking of acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
• Manage supplier information, software licenses, and service-level agreement records.
• Conduct periodic inventory reviews and physical asset audits.
• Assist with annual budgeting activities, including lifecycle planning and capacity forecasting.
• Support organizational IT strategy, governance initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets related to assigned programs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and performance analyses for leadership.
• Establish and maintain technical and operational standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Lead process improvement initiatives supporting IT asset management and operational excellence.
• Deliver presentations, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience supporting IT asset management, inventory management, procurement, operations, or related business functions preferred.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management principles preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, or vendor coordination is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
