Program Manager – Data & Analytics

• Program Manager – Data & Analytics Transformation
• Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite)
• Duration: 3-Month Contract (High Likelihood of Extension)

This Program Manager will lead a data and analytics transformation program focused on enabling actionable business insights by consolidating fragmented data systems and migrating analytics capabilities to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a high-visibility onsite leadership role coordinating across business and technology stakeholders within a global delivery model.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Lead end-to-end execution of a complex, enterprise-scale data transformation program
• • Manage multiple workstreams and align delivery to milestones and business outcomes
• • Serve as primary liaison between Ford Global Dealers and delivery teams
• • Drive migration of analytics from Alteryx to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• • Oversee global delivery model for TEKsystems as leadership for onsite and offshore engineering teams
• • Establish governance, reporting, and executive communication cadence
• • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews
• • Identify risks and lead mitigation efforts
• • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and modern tech stack

• Required Qualifications
• • 8+ years of program or delivery management experience
• • Experience leading data, analytics, or cloud transformation initiatives
• • Experience managing global, distributed teams
• • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• • Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics ecosystems
• • Strong stakeholder management
• • Experience with Agile methodologies
