We are looking for an experienced Program Director (Data & Analytics) to lead a high-impact enterprise data transformation program. This role is ideal for a senior leader with extensive experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✔ Lead and align multiple Data & Analytics projects under a unified strategic roadmap
• ✔ Oversee program governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and business value realization
• ✔ Mentor Project Managers and ensure consistent execution across workstreams
• ✔ Present program updates to executive leadership and steering committees
• ✔ Drive organizational change across Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Operations
• ✔ Champion enterprise data governance and strategic data initiatives

Required Experience:

• ✅ 15+ years of Program/Portfolio Management experience
• ✅ Strong leadership in enterprise-scale transformation programs
• ✅ Experience in Data & Analytics, Data Governance, and MDM initiatives
• ✅ Background in regulated industries (Financial Services preferred)
• ✅ Executive stakeholder management and governance expertise
• ✅ Fluent Business French (Mandatory)
• ✅ PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
• ✅ bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's is an asset
