Key Tasks
- Planning + readiness tracking
- Maintain and update installation trackers for system deployment and delivery milestones.
- Collect weekly inputs from stakeholders and consolidate updates into a clean status summary.
- Identify and escalate gaps early (missing inputs, unclear owners, conflicting dates, or data mismatches).
- Support resource coordination between prime and subcontractors and customer.
- Reporting + analysis support
- Produce weekly reports (installation schedule, constraints, and risks/issues).
- Assist with installation financial forecasts
- Cross-functional coordination
- Support recurring meetings (weekly schedule sync, readiness reviews).
- Create/maintain Jira tickets as needed and keep them updated.
Key Qualifications
- Strong Excel fundamentals: filters, pivots, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, data cleanup.
- Ability to prioritize and work multiple deliverables with accuracy
- Clear written communication: concise status updates, clean lists, good follow-ups.
- Reliable follow-through and strong attention to detail.
