Production Analyst
Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial (Cement / Heavy Industry)

Role Overview
This role focuses on production planning, inventory control, and operational analysis within a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring production efficiency, accurate reporting, and alignment with budget targets while supporting continuous improvement across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term production planning
Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, fuels, and finished goods
Maintain and update master data in SAP, including production reporting and planning parameters
Convert production plans into executable process orders and oversee their lifecycle
Ensure accuracy of production, consumption, and inventory data
Analyse production performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Support budgeting processes, including cost and volume planning
Prepare technical and operational reports, including annual production reports
Collaborate with maintenance teams to align production and maintenance schedules
Ensure accurate tracking of downtime, process performance, and operational metrics
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry (e.g. cement or similar)
Strong knowledge of production metrics and technical reporting
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
