- For this position, we anticipate a salary range between $81,000 - $106,000. Final employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.
JOB SUMMARY
The Product Systems Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Bank's deposit products and digital banking platforms. Working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional business partners, this role assists with system configuration, testing, documentation, issue resolution, and ongoing product support. The Product Systems Analyst will assist with the full product lifecycle while developing expertise in the Bank’s systems, vendors, and digital solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product & System Support
- Support the administration of deposit and digital banking platforms.
- Assist with system configuration and maintenance under the direction of senior team members.
- Help monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and troubleshoot product or system issues.
- Escalate issues to vendors or internal support teams when appropriate.
- Cross Functional Collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, Etc.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Assist in developing test plans and test cases for new products, system enhancements, and software releases.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results.
- Identify, document, and track system defects.
- Verify successful implementation of product enhancements before production release.
- Product Implementation
- Support implementation activities for new products and services.
- Assist with coordinating implementation timelines and project tasks.
- Help validate product configurations and setup.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and issue resolution.
- Documentation
- Create and maintain:
- Standard operating procedures
- User guides
- System documentation
- Testing documentation
- Product reference materials
- Ensure documentation remains current as products evolve.
- Product & Vendor Support
- Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors.
- Track support tickets and implementation requests.
- Participate in vendor meetings and product demonstrations.
- Stay informed on new product features and system capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, business analysis, operations, or technology support.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms or banking operations.
- Experience with software testing or quality assurance.
- Interest in technology, process improvement, or product management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Literacy in English.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
