About The Opportunity

Smartly Technologies is adding a Product Operations Analyst to its team supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, software and web delivery, technical support, systems, data, projects, and customer service. The Product Operations Analyst will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Work On

• Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Product Operations Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.
• Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Product Operations Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.
• Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across managed IT and technical delivery in this Product Operations Analyst position.
• Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the Smartly Technologies team as part of Product Operations Analyst work.
• Maintain assumptions, metric definitions, source notes, and documentation for recurring analysis while supporting managed IT and technical delivery in the Product Operations Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.
• Prepare clear recommendations and management summaries based on evidence and measurable impact as part of day-to-day Product Operations Analyst responsibilities at Smartly Technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, process-mapping, and problem-solving skills for the Product Operations Analyst opening at Smartly Technologies.
• Experience with operational metrics, dashboards, BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms is helpful.
• Ability to break complex workflows into measurable steps and identify root causes.
• Clear communication with both operational and analytical stakeholders.
