Product Manager - AI & Data Platform

This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to own and shape a suite of AI-enabled software products, from customer-facing applications through to the underlying data platform that powers them.

You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, data, and customers, taking ideas from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Owning the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of software and data products.
• Discovering customer problems firsthand through regular engagement with users and field teams.
• Defining requirements, writing clear product specifications, and partnering closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products.
• Shaping and launching AI-powered features that turn operational data into actionable insights.
• Using product metrics, customer feedback, and business impact to drive prioritization decisions.
• Collaborating across software, data, design, and operational teams to continuously improve the user experience.

• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of product management experience in software environments.
• Proven experience taking products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Hands-on involvement in defining and delivering AI-powered product capabilities.
• Strong ability to work with engineers and technical teams while balancing customer and business needs.
• A data-driven approach to product management, including feature adoption, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Curiosity, ownership mentality, and a desire to spend time with customers to truly understand their challenges.
• Passion for emerging technologies including AI, connected systems, automation, data platforms, or industrial software.
