Product Compliance Analyst

• Position: Product Compliance Analyst
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
• Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

In this role, you’ll help lead sustainability, packaging, and regulatory compliance efforts while partnering across departments to keep projects moving and standards aligned. It’s a chance to step into a growing team, build meaningful processes, and become a trusted subject matter expert over time.
• Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Lead sustainability, recycling, and packaging compliance initiatives.
• Manage packaging projects from planning through execution.
• Track packaging KPIs, costs, and sustainability metrics.
• Support packaging standardization and material reduction efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on compliance requirements.
• Review packaging claims, labeling, and retailer requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
• Maintain documentation and readiness for audits and reviews.
• Improve workflows and reporting across compliance processes.
• Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with government compliance and state regulations.
• Background in compliance, regulatory, contract, or related work.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or similar environments.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience with packaging laws and recycling protocols.
• Knowledge of battery, chemical, or product compliance.
• Exposure to sustainability or recycling programs.
• Experience supporting product development or quality teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI or automation tools.
• Background in supplier or customer compliance.
• Experience with reporting dashboards or KPI tracking.
