## About the Role

Bright Horizons is seeking a **Product Analyst** to oversee **Enterprise Client Reports and Analytics Dashboards** from ideation through development. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure product strategy, data solutions, and reporting capabilities align with business goals and user needs.

The Product Analyst will prioritize data requests, help diagnose data issues, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and build and enhance client reports and analytics dashboards based on approved roadmaps and business priorities.

## Key Responsibilities

• * Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize data requests and ensure requirements meet business needs.
• * Identify and diagnose data issues and prioritize required fixes and data cures.
• * Use knowledge of Bright Horizons data and applications to help teams solve business problems creatively and effectively.
• * Collaborate with Client Reporting Team Specialists to identify new feature opportunities based on patterns in ad-hoc requests.
• * Write **requirements and acceptance criteria** for Business Analysts to create actionable user stories.
• * Build and enhance **client reports and data dashboards** based on approved annual and quarterly goals and roadmaps.
• * Understand Bright Horizons products, end users, and business objectives to support meaningful data products.
• * Apply design thinking to identify and address user pain points.
• * Create visual mockups for business review and approval.
• * Execute against leadership-approved roadmaps and deadlines.
• * Break complex initiatives into smaller, manageable tasks and iterate based on feedback.
• * Adapt solutions based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
• * Use basic **Azure DevOps** knowledge to support product and development activities.

## Required Qualifications

• * **5 years of product management experience**.
• * Ability to understand business objectives, user needs, products, and data.
• * Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• * Ability to prioritize work based on business impact.
• * Ability to adapt to change and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback.
• * Ability to break larger initiatives into manageable tasks and iterate.
• * Ability to execute against approved roadmaps and deadlines.
• * Ability to create visual mockups for business review and sign-off.
• * Basic understanding of **Azure DevOps**.

## Preferred Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree.
• * Knowledge of Bright Horizons products, end users, and the specific problems being addressed.
• * Knowledge and experience with **web analytics platforms**.
• * Experience with **data visualization in Excel**.
• * Knowledge and fluency in **SQL**.

## Education & Experience

• * **5 years of product management experience** required.
• * Bachelor's degree preferred.
• * Experience with web analytics, Excel data visualization, and SQL preferred.

## Work Arrangement & Schedule

* **Remote position available in the United States.**

## Compensation & Benefits

• * Annual salary: **$75,000–$98,000**.
• * Actual compensation within the range depends on factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
• * Up to **9 paid holidays annually**, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules.
• * **40 hours of sick time per year** based on a full-time schedule.
• * **80 hours of vacation time per year** based on a full-time schedule.
