  • Role Description The Product Analyst role at Jobrion is a full-time remote position focused on improving the performance and impact of our career management products. In this role, the Product Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret product usage and customer behavior data to inform product strategy and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and tracking key metrics, building reports and dashboards, performing exploratory data analysis, and identifying trends that influence product roadmap decisions. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable requirements and experiments. This role also includes preparing clear documentation, presenting findings to cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous optimization of features that help users find jobs more efficiently.
  • Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics, including experience with data visualization tools and basic statistical techniques.
  • Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Product Management skills, with the ability to gather requirements, define user stories, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings in clear, concise language to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and user research methods is beneficial.
  • Experience with SQL or similar query languages, and comfort working with large datasets, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
  • Background in HR tech, job search platforms, or career services is a plus.
