Role Description The Product Analyst role at Homeaglow is a full-time, remote position focused on improving the performance and user experience of the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing product and user behavior data, building reports and dashboards, and identifying trends and opportunities to enhance key metrics such as conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. The Product Analyst collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to prioritize features, define success metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. This role also involves conducting business analysis on new product initiatives, testing hypotheses through experiments, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools and methods (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools).
  • Business analysis capabilities to translate data into product and operational insights for stakeholders.
  • Product management awareness, including familiarity with product metrics, A/B testing, and iterative improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, concise, and structured manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with online marketplaces, consumer platforms, or SaaS products is beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and an eye for data quality and accuracy.
