On-site Every Other Week onsite / 5 days in Merrimack, NH

Our client is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Leaders, stakeholders, technology, operations, and compliance to define, analyze, and deliver solutions supporting Stock Plan Services. The role leads discovery and requirements efforts, translates business challenges into actionable solutions, and balances operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. The analyst drives alignment across teams, supports solution validation and implementation readiness, and enables continuous improvement for scalable outcomes.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45.00 to $50.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design.
• Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making.
• Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.

Experience Requirements

• Experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
• Analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
• Communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a track record influencing cross-functional teams.
