Agile Scrum process / scrum team
Comfortable working with various members of scrum team, especially product owner and technology
Lead user story writing, discovery, and collaboration with technology
Backlog refinement
Stakeholder management and engagement
Understanding how to develop customer and/or employee experience
Familiarity with using data and insights
Database query
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Chatbot preferred but not required
Banking/Financial Services experience is MUST

--Work with product owner, technology and stakeholders to define and refine user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria is clearly understood by the team.
--Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
--Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
--Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
--Assist in the planning and execution of sprints
--Collaborate and consult with team leaders
