  • Role Description The Procurement Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Waco, NE. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing procurement and inventory data to support purchasing decisions and cost optimization. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining reports and dashboards, tracking supplier performance, monitoring material usage and pricing trends, and identifying opportunities for savings and process improvement. The analyst collaborates closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate data, forecast material needs, and support contract negotiations with data-driven insights. This role also involves maintaining data integrity in ERP or related systems, documenting procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with procurement, supply chain, or inventory management processes and systems.
  • Ability to interpret cost, usage, and supplier performance data to support decision-making.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, validation, and documentation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement software; experience in construction, mechanical, or industrial environments is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
