Procurement Analyst

• Procurement Specialist (Contract) | Hybrid (3 days onsite in SF)

Join a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, and operational excellence across the purchasing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Support sourcing activities including vendor research, RFP administration, supplier evaluations, and contract-related projects.
• • Coordinate supplier compliance programs, sustainability initiatives, and audit processes while tracking corrective action plans.
• • Conduct supplier risk assessments and due diligence reviews to support procurement and compliance objectives.
• • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, KPI reporting, spend analysis, and executive-ready presentations to drive data-informed decisions.
• • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• • Analyze purchasing data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• • Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and coordination with internal business partners.
• • Prepare ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support procurement strategy and business needs.

Requirements:

• • 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or project management experience.
• • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and create complex formulas.
• • Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and communicate insights.
• • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across departments and with external suppliers.
• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
