Procurement Analyst
- Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional who enjoys sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, and driving cost-effective purchasing strategies? We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations, supplier relationships, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders while managing procurement projects from initial request through contract execution, delivery, and closeout.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and procurement projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and issue RFPs, RFQs, and bid specifications
- Source qualified suppliers and evaluate proposals based on quality, service, and cost
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with vendors
- Conduct vendor meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs
- Create scopes of work and support vendor selection processes
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and priorities
- Coordinate with Legal on contract review, execution, renewals, and amendments
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on purchase orders, invoice approvals, and vendor payments
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement documentation
- Support procurement policy development and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting activities related to contracted services
- Track procurement activity and provide regular status updates
- Participate in bid review committees and supplier evaluations
- Purchase and track inventory, supplies, and services as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience
- Experience developing and evaluating RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of purchasing practices, contracts, and vendor management
- Understanding of budgeting and basic accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
