Process Improvement Analyst at Fly My Group

The Role

Fly My Group is hiring a Process Improvement Analyst to work across group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations. This role is centered on work where you will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Salary: $91,500 - $100,500 per year

What You'll Manage

  • Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Process Improvement Analyst role at Fly My Group.
  • Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Process Improvement Analyst role at Fly My Group.
  • Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across group airfare and traveler operations in this Process Improvement Analyst position.
  • Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the Fly My Group team as part of Process Improvement Analyst work.
  • Maintain assumptions, metric definitions, source notes, and documentation for recurring analysis while supporting group airfare and traveler operations in the Process Improvement Analyst role at Fly My Group.
  • Prepare clear recommendations and management summaries based on evidence and measurable impact as part of day-to-day Process Improvement Analyst responsibilities at Fly My Group.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical, spreadsheet, process-mapping, and problem-solving skills for the Process Improvement Analyst opening at Fly My Group.
  • Experience with operational metrics, dashboards, BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms is helpful.
  • Ability to break complex workflows into measurable steps and identify root causes.
  • Clear communication with both operational and analytical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation discipline and attention to data quality.
  • A pre-employment background check is required.
