Process Improvement Analyst

About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations is hiring a Process Improvement Analyst to support operational tracking, workflow coordination, reporting, and process execution. This role helps teams stay aligned, resolve blockers, and maintain consistent business operations.

Responsibilities

• Track operational workflows, deadlines, project status, and recurring business processes.
• Maintain accurate reports, trackers, documentation, and process notes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify blockers, updates, dependencies, and next steps.
• Support process improvement, quality checks, and structured operational reporting.
• Help ensure reliable execution across remote team workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
• Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
• Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
