Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Private Equity Expert to work on a contract basis. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic insights to optimize portfolio performance. The position requires deep knowledge of private equity operations and a track record of driving value in portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Perform comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on potential and existing portfolio investments.
• • Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities, including market analysis, valuation modeling, and risk assessment.
• • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement value-creation strategies for portfolio companies.
• • Monitor portfolio company performance and report key metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• • Support fundraising initiatives by preparing detailed investment memoranda and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial advisory role.
• • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
• • Experience analyzing complex financial statements and identifying operational efficiencies.
• • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
