Principal Data Engineer

Principal Data Engineer – Houston

I’m currently working on a Principal Data Engineer contract opportunity in Houston.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on data engineering leader who can help shape and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms while working closely with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Key experience:

• Strong background designing enterprise data platforms
• Azure and/or AWS
• Databricks
• ELT, data modelling and data integration
• Strong hands-on technical leadership
• Experience driving architecture and engineering standards
• Comfortable working across technical and business teams
• Experience working with Marine Freight systems

This would suit someone operating at Principal, Lead or Senior Data Engineering level who still enjoys being close to the technology.
