Principal Data&AI Architects are expected to provide deep business and technical expertise with focus on Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning including Data Governance and Compliance. Principal Data&AI Architects are expected to have strong general business acumen, enabling them to confidently discuss every stage of the technology adoption cycle with stakeholders ranging from the CEO down to individual contributors and should be able to bridge technical solutions to measurable business outcomes—such as revenue growth, operational efficiencies, or improved customer experience

• While this role is largely focused around technical and consulting based delivery directly with customers, the Principal Data&AI Architect may also be required to act as a people manager for a team of several direct reports of Architects and Engineers. This would include tasks such as having regular one-to-one meetings, having professional development and goal setting conversations, and acting as part of a communication and feedback system with your direct team. Additionally you would help to escalate administrative or project related issues brought to your attention, and provide recommendations towards performance reviews and promotions for
