- Job Title: Data Analyst / BI Analyst
- Location options: Chandler, AZ/Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid working model – 3 days onsite/2 days remote each week)
- Duration: 12-month contract, possible extensions or conversion
- Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis, predictive analytics, ETL processes, SQL, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable business insights by designing interactive dashboards, building data pipelines, and leveraging cloud platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop predictive analytics models to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Build, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows for efficient data integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.
- Integrate data from cloud-based platforms and enterprise systems.
- Monitor dashboard performance and recommend improvements.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and technical teams.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics techniques and statistical analysis.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Relevant certifications in Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.
