We are seeking a Power BI Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise reporting, data engineering, and business intelligence to build scalable reporting solutions and optimize data pipelines. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can independently drive complex initiatives while partnering closely with business and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, PL/SQL, and Cozyroc.
Ensure data quality, validation, and performance across reporting and analytics platforms.
Troubleshoot production issues, support SLA-driven environments, and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
Leverage AI tools such as Power BI Copilot and GitHub Copilot to improve reporting, automation, and development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL Server, Python, Tableau, Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end reporting and data engineering solutions.
Expertise in performance optimization, enterprise reporting architecture, and data validation.
Experience working in production support and high-availability, SLA-driven environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and provide clear project updates.
Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cozyroc, GitHub Copilot, and Power BI Copilot.
Background in AI-enabled analytics, reporting automation, and cloud-based data platforms.
