Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, dashboard development, data modeling, SQL, and integrating data from multiple sources.

Required Skills & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
Create optimized data models using Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and dimensional modeling concepts.
Develop complex calculations and measures using DAX.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using Power Query / M.
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Azure, and cloud-based data platforms.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
Optimize Power BI reports, datasets, queries, and data models for performance.
Configure and manage Power BI workspaces, apps, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and other Power BI security features.
Manage Power BI Gateway configuration and scheduled data refreshes.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Troubleshoot data, report, refresh, and performance-related issues.
Implement Power BI deployment processes across Development, Test, and Production environments.
Maintain documentation for data models, reports, dashboards, and BI processes.
Follow best practices for data governance, security, performance, and report usability.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in an enterprise reporting and analytics environment.
