Job Summary Power BI Developer (Honda, Torrance, CA)

• Develop, optimize, and support enterprise-scale Power BI reports and analytics solutions for business intelligence, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design and implement data models (Star and Snowflake schema) and build advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Utilize Power BI Desktop and Service, with expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), Row-Level Security (RLS), performance tuning, and deployment pipelines.
• Work within large-scale enterprise BI environments, ensuring robust, high-performing, and secure reporting solutions.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric for capacity management and integration with Power BI.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate report creation, DAX generation, and analytics.
• Apply responsible AI governance and security best practices in all solutions.
• Connect Power BI/Fabric to operational and cloud-based (Azure preferred) data sources, understanding data integration patterns and cloud architecture.
• Apply strong SQL skills and knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, clearly communicating technical information and requirements.
• Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, large enterprise environment.
