About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Blue Acorn iCi. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital commerce projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Qualifications

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the digital commerce or technology industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in project management methodologies like PMP, Scrum, or Agile is a plus. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential.

Responsibilities

As an eCommerce Project Manager at Blue Acorn iCi, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end project management activities, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating these into clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinating with design, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

• Documenting project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement.
