Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence / Power BI Analyst to support enterprise reporting and data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, IBM DB2, financial data, data modeling, and dashboard/report development.
The selected candidate will work closely with management, business users, developers, and database administrators to analyze data environments, modernize reporting solutions, automate data transformations, and develop actionable dashboards and reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
Minimum 3 years of Business Intelligence experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
Experience working with IBM DB2 databases.
Strong SQL skills, including T-SQL.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Experience developing Power BI paginated reports and dataflows.
Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
Understanding of data warehousing, operational data stores, data lakes, and master data management.
Experience working with financial data such as general ledger, purchasing, revenue, or other financial system data.
Knowledge of OLAP cubes and Star/Snowflake data models.
Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
Familiarity with Power BI integration with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of mainframe flat files.
Understanding of the Scrum framework.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Data Warehouse.
Knowledge of mainframe programming languages, computer systems, and supporting software.
Experience working with ERP or financial systems.
Hands-on experience with WebFOCUS.
Experience working with mainframe data and legacy reporting environments.
Experience converting legacy reporting solutions into modern BI platforms.
