Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for education).
Minimum 3 years of Business Intelligence experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Experience working with IBM DB2 databases.
Strong SQL development and query-writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing data environments and determine transformation requirements for reporting solutions.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and dataflows.
Create and maintain reporting roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Review and enhance existing reports based on evolving business requirements.
Automate data transformation processes and reduce manual Excel-based reporting.
Convert Web FOCUS and Mainframe FOCUS queries into T-SQL queries.
Collaborate with database administrators to develop database views and stored procedures.
Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to financial data models.
Administer Power BI workspaces and reporting environments.
Train business users and stakeholders on Power BI reporting solutions.
