- About the Role
- The Power BI Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners with Finance, Information Technology, and Operations teams to create interactive dashboards, automate reporting processes, improve data visualization, and support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and experience working with large-scale reporting environments.

- Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create user-friendly data visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Enhance existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions for multiple business functions.
- Optimize dashboard performance and usability.
- Ensure reports provide accurate and actionable business insights.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve reporting efficiency.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence.
- Monitor reporting accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Support enterprise reporting initiatives with reliable analytics.
- Business Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to gather reporting requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytics needs.
- Recommend reporting enhancements that improve operational visibility.
- Communicate analytical findings through clear visual presentations.
- Support cross-functional decision-making using data-driven insights.
- Participate in enterprise reporting and analytics projects.
- Data Governance & Quality
- Support data governance initiatives across reporting environments.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within reporting systems.
- Validate data sources before dashboard implementation.
- Assist with data quality audits and reporting validation.
- Document reporting logic, data definitions, and dashboard specifications.
- Promote best practices for data management and reporting standards.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and business intelligence processes.
- Streamline manual reporting activities through automation.
- Support data modernization initiatives across the organization.
- Contribute to enterprise analytics and reporting enhancements.
- Recommend improvements that increase reporting efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to business intelligence.
- Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong experience designing and developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience automating business reports and reporting workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling abilities.
- Experience working successfully in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and modern data architecture.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar business platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise data lake or reporting modernization initiatives.
- Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
