• Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced Portfolio/Program Manager to lead enterprise Data, AI, and Analytics transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee strategic programs focused on data modernization, cloud platforms, AI adoption, and digital innovation.
• Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise Data, AI, and Analytics portfolios.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for data modernization and AI adoption.
• Manage large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee budgets, governance, resources, and program risks.
• Establish frameworks for data governance, AI ethics, security, and compliance.
• Measure adoption and business value realization.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of technology leadership and program management experience.
• 8+ years managing enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar modern data platforms.
• Experience delivering AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Data Lake, and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with Generative AI, Copilot, MLOps, and Data Governance.
• Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, PMP, or PgMP certifications.
• Previous Life Sciences industry experience.
• Travel: Up to 20%
