PLM Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with 3DEXPERIENCE platform modules including ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution design for PLM initiatives.
• Define workflows, BOM structures, data models, and integration requirements.
• Support platform configuration, customization, and PLM integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and testing teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, UAT, SIT, and defect resolution.
• Required Skills:
• Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering experience.
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Knowledge of PLM systems, BOM Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
• Experience with Gap Analysis, Workflow Definition, and Solution Design.
• Understanding of PLM integrations, customization, and data migration projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
