Job Title: Supply Chain Business Process Analyst

Duration: Contract (5 Months) Potential Extension & Full-Time Conversion

Location: Alvarado, TX 76009, USA

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to support special projects, reporting initiatives, and the SAP S/4HANA transition.

This role focuses on business process improvement, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

• Support the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain business processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in process design, development, documentation, and implementation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transition and reporting initiatives.
• Assist with deployment planning, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for process sustainability.
• Analyze and interpret business data to support operational improvements.
• Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal teams via phone and email.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics experience.
• Knowledge of change management and process implementation.
