About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth by delivering insightful, actionable analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, uncovering trends, and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and root causes of business performance
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making
Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular, timely insights
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and models
Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support business strategy
Assess customer behavior trends and recommend strategies to drive growth and profitability
Identify areas of underperformance and partner with teams to implement improvements
Support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives through data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
1–3 years of experience in a data or analytics-focused role
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python, R, or SAS is an asset
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently
Nice to Have
Experience working with large datasets or in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling
Experience supporting marketing, sales, or revenue-focused teams
