  • Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and root causes of business performance
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular, timely insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and models
  • Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support business strategy
  • Assess customer behavior trends and recommend strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Identify areas of underperformance and partner with teams to implement improvements
  • Support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives through data analysis and reporting
  • Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a data or analytics-focused role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python, R, or SAS is an asset
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently

  • Experience working with large datasets or in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling
