- About the Role
- We’re seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth by delivering insightful, actionable analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, uncovering trends, and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and root causes of business performance
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular, timely insights
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and models
- Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to support business strategy
- Assess customer behavior trends and recommend strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Identify areas of underperformance and partner with teams to implement improvements
- Support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives through data analysis and reporting
- Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 1–3 years of experience in a data or analytics-focused role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python, R, or SAS is an asset
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with large datasets or in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, or revenue-focused teams
