Title: PeopleSoft Business Analyst - AP
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid on-site 3 days a week & Tues, Wed and Thurs onsite)
Duration: 3 years +

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for PeopleSoft AP and Expense modules.
Investigate and resolve production support issues and help desk tickets.
Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Configure PeopleSoft modules based on business requirements.
Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for enhancements and interfaces.
Collaborate with developers during development and testing.
Develop and execute system, integration, and regression test scenarios.
Validate code changes before migration to production.
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
Support end users by resolving functional issues and providing application guidance.
Participate in implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Provide regular project status updates and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Business Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP) and Expense (EX) modules (Version 9.0 or higher).
Experience configuring PeopleSoft AP and Expense modules.
Strong techno-functional background with the ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
Experience with PeopleTools.
Ability to read and write simple SQL queries.
Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and system documentation.
Strong experience in system, integration, and regression testing.
Experience supporting production applications and resolving Tier-2 support issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
