2. About the Opportunity:
The People Analytics Manager role is designed to support leadership and the broader People function in making informed, data-driven decisions. The position transforms complex workforce data into actionable insights and strategies, while advancing the adoption of AI and machine learning to enhance analytical capabilities. This role contributes to shaping workforce planning and people-related initiatives, influencing the organization’s effectiveness and employee experience.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute a strategic People Analytics roadmap aligned with business goals
- • Create analytical products such as dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce planning models
- • Communicate data insights through tailored narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- • Analyze complex datasets to identify actionable insights for people initiatives and business decisions
- • Collaborate with People Operations and Systems teams to ensure data quality and governance
- • Manage competing priorities between strategic projects and stakeholder requests
- • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in people analytics
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in People Analytics
- • Demonstrated ability to build trusted analytical products used by stakeholders
- • Proficiency with tools including dbt, Snowflake, and Python or R
- • Experience working with HR data from platforms such as Workday, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, or LMS
- • Strong skills in relationship-building and communicating insights across organizational levels
- • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in workforce analytics
- • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $175,000 USD
- • Compensation depends on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location
- • Total package may include base salary, incentive compensation, bonuses, equity, and benefits
